Frequently Asked Questions

Shipper FAQs

What areas do you serve?

We move freight across roughly a 500-mile radius of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, covering Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, and nearby markets. See our service-area page for the full city list.

What equipment do you run?

Late-model Freightliner Cascadias pulling 53' dry vans, plus power only when you stage your own trailer.

How much can a 53' dry van haul?

Up to roughly 45,000 lbs depending on the commodity. Send your weight and we will confirm.

How do you track shipments?

Every load is tracked through Motive GPS, with live location and ETA and a shareable link on request, plus proof of delivery on delivery.

What updates will I receive?

Pickup, loaded, in-transit ETA, delivery, and POD — pushed proactively so you do not have to chase status.

How does the on-time guarantee work?

Carrier-caused delays are credited at the same terms as your detention policy. Exclusions include force majeure, freight not ready, and shipper or consignee delays.

Do you offer drop-trailer or power only?

Yes. Power only is available when you stage the trailer, and drop-trailer is handled case-by-case.

What industries do you serve?

Manufacturing, building materials, agricultural products, and distribution shippers, among others.

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form on our contact page or call dispatch with your lane, commodity, weight, and timing.
